Nia classes resume Saturday, September 9th!

Every body experiences a Nia class in their own unique way. Whether it’s your first or your 50th class, Nia provides a different workout depending on your individual needs.
I have often heard the same class described as “calming” and “energizing”!
Nia teaches “The Body’s Way”, moving the body the way it was designed to move, for correct alignment and posture, and for ease of movement. Sensation and awareness are your tools and your inner guides, as you move toward Body, Mind, Emotional and Spiritual well-being.First and foremost a physical fitness practice, Nia is also about exploring creativity, expanding potential, thereby enhancing personal growth.
As for “Hippie Aerobics”: What the world needs now is love, sweet love.

I am so excited to be bringing Nia's MOVE IT Classes to the Studio.
Monday 6:30 - 7:45 p.m. starting September 11th
Move IT is interval training delivered the body's way!
Move IT is a revolutionary approach to whole body fitness integrating the best of exercise science, modern interval training and somatic movement through Nia's sensory-based approach to fitness. The 60-minute class promises to bring conditioning to every body part and muscle group.
Move IT classes are distinguished by somatic coaching with 60-second sequential intervals that isolate and integrate Nia movements. Each class delivers four types of conditioning: aerobic, anaerobic, reflexive, and voluntary.
I can't believe how amazing I feel during and after a 52 Moves MOVE IT Class.

ZUMBA with Ana!
