Every body experiences a Nia class in their own unique way. Whether it’s your first or your 50th class, Nia provides a different workout depending on your individual needs.
I have often heard the same class described as “calming” and “energizing”!
Nia teaches “The Body’s Way”, moving the body the way it was designed to move, for correct alignment and posture, and for ease of movement. Sensation and awareness are your tools and your inner guides, as you move toward Body, Mind, Emotional and Spiritual well-being.First and foremost a physical fitness practice, Nia is also about exploring creativity, expanding potential, thereby enhancing personal growth.
